We loved it here! The view is spectacular, we could not think of skipping any of the seven sunrises above Athos. The host was very warm and did everything to feel like home. We even got breakfast served on our private terrace because on one morning there were a few rain drops. Very good and plenty of food, like homemade gems, homemade pastry and fresh fruit every morning. We already recommended this place to all our friends and family. Thank you, Yannis and his family for making our stay perfect!

Room is clean and well equipt. Very modern design. Is really close to the beach and the restaurants in Paradisos. Accomodation has access to a little garden with grill and kitchen. Cleaning is done every 3 day. Hosts are very friendly.

This is by far the best property I have stayed in for its level. The words are not enough to describe it.
From the very welcoming arrival, the lady was so nice and friendly, offered me water and a whole welcoming snack the first morning- home made pies and a herbal tea. And to top it up in the evening I enjoyed the amazing home made limoncello.
Everything inside was so clean- you can rarely see in low cost accommodation. My room was cleaned every day, the bed made, and I even had the towels changed.
The property has all the amenities one needs on a holiday trip, including details like a good hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board and a clothes hanger on the balcony. The room is large enough to accommodate up to 3 people, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a large balcony.
I simply had a great stay and I enjoyed the silence at nights. The property is a stone throw away from the beach and all shops, but on a road that is not as circulated so you can enjoy a quiet night in if you wish.
I will definitely come back again and recommend this place to my friends🤩🥰

Everything, great location, nice apartment, easy check in, great host which provided us all information we need via WhatsApp and proposed tours to see with list of restaurants and coffee shops where most of them have additional discount if you book this apartment.

Actually, all the best for this place. The owners Petros and Julia are wonderful people. On the roof of the building we had a jacuzzi with a wonderful view of the sea and a cafe that served food and drinks. The beach and the city center are 5 minutes away. Quiet place without noise, clean and comfortable.
We got gifts from the host, fruits, cake, olive oil, all made by them. Super friendly, helpful, good communication. Barbeque area, very large room. Private parking. Great location, super close to beach.
Great location near the sea, very helpful and pleasant hosts. It’s quiet but not far from the small city of Sarti. Great garden, clean apartment, excellent beaches at 10-20 minutes driving distance. Perfect place for a vacation with your family or a small group of friends.

We had a great time at Villa Maria! The host is amazing, extremely helpful and very nice, he made sure to make our stay the best possible. Great location, everything was a few steps away, but is still quiet and peaceful. Cute and comfortable appartment, very clean, private, has a lot of room, a beautiful balcony, cozy kitchen, neat bathroom, everyhing we needed and even more.
