The owner is crazy, this wasn't a private room, just a room on his house, very dirty, he was cooking just before we arrive, all his personal things was around and the house was smelling cigarette badly. We left, we couldn't stay in there and when I asked him the money back he threatened to hit me.

The place is like a farm, full of nature, fruits and trees. The hosts are really nice and kind.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
This fully renovated accommodation is even better than you see on the photos. It has a fully equipped kitchen, very clean and spacious. Homemade cookies are a bonus. Fruit and veg shop is just around the corner. It's a minutes walk to the city center with charming coffee shops and restaurants. I would recommend driving to the beach unless you enjoy a 25-minute walk. All in all I would highly recommend this holiday accommodation. The host is great and very responsive.
Large and well-furnished apartment, very well organized, slightly outside of Preveza and therefore very quiet. Very kind owners who gave us fruit and eggs from their large cultivated land. A little difficult to reach with Google Maps, which indicates a very narrow road, while there is another much better one. A short distance away is the beach of Alonaki, with an excellent and very cheap taberna. Highly recommended.

It was 10 Greek days that we couldn't get enough of. I can't find words of praise beautiful enough to describe the emotions experienced in this place, and when I say place, I include the authentic Greek apartment, somewhere in a quiet place near the sea, yet close enough to the beautiful city center, to a wonderful beach. I recommend this apartment from the bottom of my heart and with thanks! I recommend Preveza!
Great location - very central yet quiet. The apartment was very well-equipped and the host extremely generous with his coffee, snacks, bottles of water and even tsipouro!!! Thoroughly recommended!
The charming apartment was more than charming. Impeccably clean, equipped with everything you need, quiet, in a location close to everything. Private parking is another plus.
