The property was very clean and well equipped. With the added bonus of a washing machine. It is very spacious and light. It is located within the grounds of the family home. It is a modern new apartment. All windows have mosquito netting and electric blinds. The kitchen stools have a fantastic view of the sea and olive grove within the grounds of the property. There is a lovely seating area outside to relax. It had shaded parking for our rental car. It has an electric gate to enter/exit the property.
It is perfectly located in a very quiet and peaceful area, but about 5mins away by car from shops, restaurants and amenities.
Stavi is a a wonderful, helpful and very friendly host.

The place had 2 bathrooms, spacious, great kitchen fully loaded, 2 tvs and welcome drinks sweets and fruits! This place was incredible! Quality place, solid foundation and I highly recommend it! The staff here are phenomenal - so friendly and welcoming, they really can't do enough for you. The hotel itself feels very special, set in a 19th century merchant home. It is comfortable whilst retaining the features of an historic building. An excellent breakfast is included and it sets you up for the day. We have a suite with a balcony overlooking the busy street and whilst you get the expected noise, soundproofing is good so it is not disruptive at all. The courtyard pool area is lovely, with a pool that is adequate for cooling off in. Would highly recommend.

The location is perfect, very close to the shore. The communication with the owner, Nikos, was very easy and friendly. The room was clean and had even a small balcony and a fridge. Great value for the price.

Nice balcony. My highlight has been the mum and baby cats who visited us daily at the balcony. Very relaxed place in a quiet area. No other houses next to. Opposite the house is a gas station where you can also get small things to buy
We stayed for 12 days. Location is perfect for a walk to the town and the nearby beaches. We loved the quiet surroundings and the view of the olive garden and the panoramic view of Plakias. Apartment 10 was comfortable, bright, pleasant and very clean. The host made us feel wellcome with daily free refill of their delicious olive oil, some fresh fruit and cold water on arrival. On one occasion they gave us a rare chance to listen to traditional Greek instruments played on highly profesional level. Simply perfect. Thank you so much.
The view is just fabulous with just a couple of meters away from the sea ( just cross the street and you’re there) as well as the restaurants and markets places from Plakias city centre . The room was very clean very big with a decent balcony that can accommodate 3 people easily, besides that the area is very quiet and pleasant,perfect atmosphere if you’re lookingto spend a good quiet weekend or even more relaxing time. Big parking place . Strongly recommended.
Lovely apartment just across the road from the beach. This one is a bit bigger than the others and has a nice area to sit that is private and faces the sea. Very quiet and comfortable. The host runs the beach bar within sight of the property and is very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend.
Fantastic boutique hotel, lovely attention to detail with fantastic luxury shower products. Comfy beds, cute swimming pool and great location. Staff were very helpful and caring.
The staff was very friendly and had an open ear for all requests. The breakfast, which we enjoyed on our private balcony, was high quality and great in size. The pool was clean and quiet. A great location to go to the local beach or as a starting point for adventures on the island (rental car recommended).

Perfect location. Very quiet , due to the fact the road stops at the hotel. No traffic. The hotel is very beautiful, without unnecessary luxury. As far as I could see most (all?) of the rooms have a double and a single bed and a terrace. The staff is friendly and easy going. The restaurant serves very good price/quality food. It’s a perfect location to come to rest. The fact that there is a naturist beach in front of the hotel made it perfect, but for those who prefer textile there is plenty of other beaches just minutes walking further.
