Amazing staff. I was given loads of advice and suggestions for things to see & do around the area. Managed to get my room ready early for me as I had a super early flight arriving so it was nice not having to wait till check in time. The host was very helpful in every situation, he is there all the time if you need anything, he even gave us local cake, made by him.
There is a bakery next door opened 24/24 with good prices.
3 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to the bus station.

Amazing room and very cozy. Staff is very friendly and supportive. The town of Pyrgos is the best place to stay at in Santorini, with local shops and amazing restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, it is in the center of the island so you need to rent a car or ATV.
But there are renting facilities close to the property with possibility to have it delivered.

The apartment itself was really cute, clean, good amenities. The shining star was definitely Danae; best host ever. She went above and beyond to provide (GOOD) suggestions, arrange car rental, taxi service, etc. She was also super cool haha would happily be her friend outside of this context. Extra bonus was the extremely comfy bed (If you're tall, might not be the ideal place for you; lots of low ceilings & enclave bed). The breakfast was great & they took excellent care with our allergies. Also, we felt very comfortable/safe as a queer couple in this space-- which was very important to us while traveling (especially in Greece).

Great charming little hotel with a nice swimmingpool and a great location! Spotlessly clean, good wifi, great shower, really nice decorated rooms, and a nice little bar by the pool. Best of all... the people running the place. So heartfull and warm people that's there for you whenever you need them.
The rooms was really well cleaned, spacious and with all kitchen amenities. The staff was super friendly and relaxed. The area was really quiet but with very close access to beach and restaurants. Private parking free and lots of space but safe.
A well positioned hotel, in a quieter part of Perissa. The pool area was very good and plenty of comfortable sun beds with good shade. The rooms were a good size and the fridge in the room was welcome. We had a lovely private tour with the owner, who was very informative. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

amazing staff and room - the price was fantastic for the facilities on offer! pool open till late night, the hotel is so small and quiet it felt like me and my partner had a private pool a lot of the time! great location for the beach and all the restaurants and the airport transfers offered by the hotel are quick and efficient. will be returning!

Great location in a quieter AND cheaper part of the island. Super friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast with small changes daily. Clean pool and free sun beds always available on the beach in front of the hotel. Bed was comfy and good sized room and bathroom. Check in and out was smooth and they even gave us breakfast boxes for our early departure. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Santorini. Rent a car and see all the main sites at your leisure.
i really enjoyed staying at Sagma Central rooms. Its super close to Perissa black beach, bus stop to city centre and local supermarket. The staff was absolutely amazing. I'm on strict vegan diet and the lady was cutting fresh fruit for me every morning. The place was clean and quiet. So i definitely recommend x
Great Location by the beach and all local amenities. lovely rooms - very very clean. quiet by the pool and good for families with young kids. Had to pop out for refreshments to sit by the pool but no drama as everything is close by including a 24hr bakery. Katerina and Stelios were very helpful- arranged transfers to and from the airport which was cheaper than local taxis.
