Great location, all the best beaches in Nikiti are close, the property itself has all you need to have a nice, comfortable stay. We practically had all house for ourselves, it is very private place with a lovely backyard with pool, which backyard is also equipped with all the necessary stuff for a great outdoor barbecue while you are enjoying beautiful view on the hills.

We simply loved the place, just for the pure fact that it reeks of passion of it's owner Katerina. The place is filled with comfort, calmness and relaxation. Don't expect much of an activity going on, it's the quietness that we are talking about. The room on top was tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable baldachin bed, fridge, small sitting area, fair enough of a size bathroom, a gorgeous semi private balcony in front and a fantastic view down the mountain. Furthermore the place serves made to table breakfast along with some classics, but you get the choice of your extra breakfast meal every morning. Everything was delicious and served with attention to every detail. Once you stay there you will know what I'm talking about. Parking was possible outside on a quiet side street. We will definitely return one day.

Room is clean and well equipt. Very modern design. Is really close to the beach and the restaurants in Paradisos. Accomodation has access to a little garden with grill and kitchen. Cleaning is done every 3 day. Hosts are very friendly.

Property is far from the loud city parts. It is located in quiet, calm location near the “Old city settlement”.
Big enough garden to share with the other guests. It has several tables and barbecue spots. Olive, pear and pomegranate trees make the place feel like a private paradise.

Lovely place! Great location - near to the city center but still quite for a good relax. There'a enough parking spots for all the guests. The room was extremely clean, well equipped and very cozy decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows, a smart TV, and big and clean bathroom. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. The hosts are nice and friendly! Everything was perfect!
The view was incredible, we had amazing sunsets and a lovely panorama of Nikiti at night. The area is quiet and the outdoors space felt very private, we thoroughly enjoyed having dinner outside and we barbecued every day! We also spent a lot of time in the crystal clear water that can be accessed down the stairs.
The accommodation was a dream... great space, air conditioning... and a washing machine. You feel at home, equipped with everything you need. Very clean... and very quiet. Great host, welcoming and kind. I parked the car in the yard. "The best money can buy !!!"
We loved the whole place, the hotel is small and cozy as we like it, the hosts are charming and hospitable, the hotel with gardens and seating areas, is located close to the beach, a minute's walk and you reach a quiet and lovely private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.
Great location next to the main walking area, close to all the restaurants and bars. With a little private beach, where each apartment has a reserved umbrella and sunbeds. Quiet and cozy garden, comfy rooms and friendly hosts.
