Definitely the first thing that comes to mind is the lovely-looking room with its boho aesthetic, as well as the spacious balcony with the breathtaking view of the sea, where we enjoyed our breakfast to the full every morning. The host, Christos, is amazing and very kind, his recommendations for places to explore were very helpful. The place is basically located in the center of Neos Marmaras, so it's very accessible.

Great place to stay in. The rooms were clean, well equipped, with new furniture.
The accommodation is located in a quiet area but despite that you have everything nearby. The beach is just 1-2 minutes away, the market (which is well equipped) is ~5 minutes away, and the taverns are really close.
The accommodation is pet friendly, we were there with our pet. Also nearby, there are green areas perfect for walks with your dog, unlike Neos marmaras downtown were is close to impossible to find green areas.

Stunning views. The sunsets were spectacular. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and delicious and Katerina went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We were having engine problems with our rental car and she called to have another car brought to us.

Starting with the perfect location near a forest and in a middle of a beautifullly arranged garden and the kindness and eagerness to help of the entire personell and ending with the peacefull time we got there. The sea is amazing there and the amenities of the hotel made it easily accesible although the area is rocky. The bar is wonderfully placed to enjoy the view of the sea and the selection of drinks is excellent.

Hostess was extremely nice, very accommodating. The restaurant they own is very close to the apartments and offers amazing vegan options (a real blessing for me, but my non-vegan friends loved it too, the brunch was 10/10).
Towels were changed every day. The apartments are very clean, modern as well. We were a group of 9 so it was nice that there were larger spaces where we could gather.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
We got amazing experience at the hotel. Friendly and helpful owners.The breakfast was delicious and different every day. Location was good- in the city center, but but not noisy. Private parking was a bonus. Overall we had great experience and definitely will come back again.😊

Nice tide rental apartment for peaceful family vacation, inside of the charming older kompleks of greeks familys personal vacation vilas, on the peaceful property directly on the beach, far from crowd. Lovely hosts and other neighber greek familys that generally are there only by weekend, all generations together. From your bed to sea 25m thrue your personal pasage to your personal beach chairs and parasol. All so private, isolated, peaceful, so as we like. We had great restfull vacation for our family.
The apartment was great, just as described, and it was very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you may need to cook on a vacation. The location is great, two grocery markets 50m away, the neighborhood is quiet and nice, and the city centre is 5min by walking. Special thanks to the host, she was very nice and welcoming, available, and open to suggestions about food, beaches, and bars.
We liked the accommodation really much. It was tidy, quiet, private and fully equipped (even had a speaker so that we could enjoy our breakfast on the terrace with some music). The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, giving us clear instructions on how to reach and responded to messages really fast. The view was fantastic, I would say that it was the best we had in our entire vacation. The beach is really close and so is the city centre and the shops. We would highly recommend it.
