Everything about this place is amazing! The owners are so sweet and kind, they gave us a ride to and from the port for free. The room has excellent AC with a small balcony to enjoy the sun. The bathroom is really great with a large shower and sink area. The bed was two twins pushed together but they had added a mattress topper so that we were comfortable which was so thoughtful. The pool in the back was amazing and we used it almost every day. It was a great way to relax in the afternoon. The guy at the pool bar was also super kind and offered us suggestions and advice for what to do in Ios. The location was phenomenal! Within 10 min to all the main bars and clubs in Chora. There is also a bus stop right across the street to get to all the beaches within a 15 min ride. Absolutely recommend! Such great value for the price we paid, even in high season! Loved this place and loved our stay in Ios!

Very kind and friendly hosts. They provide free transportation from and to the port. The rooms are clean, the a/c is working well and the shower has very good power. The location is very close to the center of Chora yet is very quiet. The hotel has private parking which is very convenient if you rent a car. All in all would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you Yannis and the family!

The location was very accesible from the port, near the Gialos beach and the bus station, so you could easily move around the island. The room was fully equipped with all necessities while still holding a traditional and homely feeling.
But most of all, we fell for our hosts, whom were so thoughtful and welcoming!

All was great and price/quality is unbelievably good.
Perfect location, short walking distance from the port & right on the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Around a 20 minute walk to centre of Chora. Nice quiet area. The staff were exceptional, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were as pictured and we had a lovely balcony area. The pool was clean and the pool area was nice and private.
We only stayed the one night as my wife was singing at a wedding. Giannis was on hand to collect us from the Ferry Port and then was there if we needed anything. He was a great host and took us back the port the next day . Great location to all bars , shops and restaurants . Would really recommend
Everything about this property is 5*. Great hosts. Top quality furniture, towels, showers, pool, bath, kitchen, lounge, all within an awesome view! Place is in a walkable distance from town, but still manages to be completely private. Walkable distance to tavernas, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways.
Hosts were always on hand to assist with questions ( and when I managed to lock myself out ), nothing was too much hassle for them. Will definitely be returning, cannot wait.
This hotel is one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in! Even though we came end of season and it was relatively quiet (great as the weather was amazing and it was like having our own private place!), we were made to feel as important as any guest. Perfect location (you can walk from the port) and with a real relaxed, traditional, family feel. The design of the entire place is rustic but boutique chic all at the same time. Cannot recommend this hotel enough- you won’t be disappointed! We will definitely return.

Quiet, clean and great location. A short stroll from the port and all the lovely restaurants and bars there. The bus to the main town stops right outside the hotel. Alternatively, the charming walkway is behind the hotel that leads up to the main town. ( about a 7 min walk). The pool is sparkling clean and the staff are all very friendly. The breakfast has some lovely home cooked items on the menu each day.
