This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. It's located just inside the old walled city (kastro) and easy to get anywhere in town. It's an old home that has been refurbished into a guest house, located on a quiet street. The owner is just lovely and very accomodating. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast is huge, enough to take for a mid-day snack. I look forward to another stay on my next trip.

A charming conversion of an old house right in the centre of Ioannina, close to the citadel and a wide selection of cafes, bars and restaurants, but in a quiet back street. We were easily able to drop off our luggage at the hotel, and the private parking was nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

The house is amazing for families like ours (6 people). It's like a palace, decorated with special good taste, very clean, comfortable and well kept, in a great location. Very comfortable beds and luxury bedding. Fully equipped. Excellent private garden, beautiful view, easy access, close to town. Katerina was very generous, helpful with tips for places to visit and an extremely kind host. She is so lovely, and makes you feel right away at home. The place stand out and more to our expectations.
Cozy and clean apartment with a pleasant smell inside. Even though the apartment is located in the city center, it was very quiet. Private garden with outdoor furniture. 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea are also provided. Large and comfortable bed. The host was friendly and very accommodating, he allowed me to keep my luggage.

Great location! Apartment is located in the quiet street close to city center, on a walking distance to the lake and citadel. There’s a free parking space right next to the building. Everything was perfectly clean. Beds were very cozy. Apartment contained everything we needed, plus the host was very pleasant and kind. We most certainly recommend staying here!
