Our stay at Roula Villa Studios & Apartments in Perissa was fantastic. The hotel is just a short walk from Perissa Beach and offers ample parking. The room was clean, spacious and featured a handy kitchenette and a lovely sitting area outside. It has a lovely pool and the pool bar offered great drinks and snacks. The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing clear instructions when our flight was delayed and graciously showing us around at midnight.

The hotel is in a good location in Fira, close enough to the pedestrian stores downtown but far away enough to be quiet. We rented three rooms, two of which were on the bottom floor and adjacent to the shared swimming pool. The two larger rooms (max of 4 people) had ample enough room but not lots of natural light, but that was okay since we only stayed in our rooms to sleep. The smaller room (max of 2 people) was on the street level with the entrance in the front. Breakfast was included and delivered daily to your room, you just had to remember to place your order in the night before. Reception area is small but the staff are super friendly! They helped us secure dining reservations and provided recommendations for family activities which was very much appreciated. There was some walking involved if you want to get to the restaurants, cafes & bars and the streets are narrow and busy so just be careful when walking! There is a cute little convenient store right across the street for water, snacks and any items you may need. A souvenir shop is also attached to the hotel at the entrance.

The manager was incredible. She helped us get a taxi, make reservations, and she had ample suggestions for activities. We rented ATVs and the parking on site was great! The rooms were so cute and comfortable and everyone loved lounging by the pool.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The villa was dreamy. It had everything we needed, lovely white building. The pool was clean and large enough. It felt very private yet very open. The host Vicky is a superstar, she treated us like friends and was very caring. She made sure we had everything we needed, she helped plan our trip and gave us fantastic recommendations! I planned a proposal for my other half and Vicky played a key role in helping to plan this, I would highly recommend Lavadoze for a luxury stay.
Well, where do I start, it’s a Fantastic suite, in all honesty you cannot fault the location or the scenery & when it comes to facilities it did not disappoint, the heated pool 24 hours a day, private area for you to enjoy with your other half or friends.

The property was absolutely beautiful, it was private so it was very relaxing. The views from the bedroom was sea view and stunning. The staff was so lovely and helpful, they helped us book restaurants and arrange a car rental. The property was so clean, and they cleaned and provided towels every day. If you are considering this property definitely book!

The private hot tub/pool and the comfort inside, plenty of beds for family of 5. Even though the season has just started the whole island was quiet but staff made us really welcome and gave personal service.
Excellent breakfast- they accommodated our food allergies and preferences. The breakfast was so generous that we often were able to get lunch out of the food they left. Wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables and yogurt for those who could eat it.
Wonderful 2-level terrace, fantastic private pool and beautiful, decorated in style and perfect taste interior. It is fully equiped with exceptional quality apliences and furniture. I visited many luxurious places around the world and 5 Star hotels, and Potamos Luxury House absolutely deserves its name. On top of that the owner is very helpful, friendly and polite. We stayed there for 3 nights and wish we could stay longer. Truly exceptional place.
Very quaint, quiet, perfect location for sightseeing the whole island. Lovely host, spotlessly clean, good sized kitchen and handy washing machine. Able to put kids in a separate room was good.
