The owner is crazy, this wasn't a private room, just a room on his house, very dirty, he was cooking just before we arrive, all his personal things was around and the house was smelling cigarette badly. We left, we couldn't stay in there and when I asked him the money back he threatened to hit me.

Even before we arrived the host contacted us and explained everything into details how to reach. He waited for us on the road to easily find the accommodation.
Giannis and his family look after their guests more like friends or family than as guests. Giannis was every day telling us new places to go and sending us which road to take and explaining js everything we asked. Location was better than we expected-directly on the walking area.
Room was cleaned every day and new towels provided.
After traveling a lot I can say that this kind of genuine care and attention to details we didn’t experience for a long time.

First of all we liked the kitchen very much, the patio was excellent for cooking, drinking coffee or just staying outdoors. The location was excellent and everything was so close, we had a supermarket at 15m from the stay. The bed was also excellent and we had the best sleep this year. We had a fridge in the room which was also very nice.

Very good choice for accomodation - excellent view, quiet place, private parking, clean and comfortable. Very good base for traveling around Lefkada iceland. Restaurants, shopping and beaches available few minutes away (car/motorbike is a must). Very polite and helpful owner.
The separate villas are charming, each with its own private pool - ours had a sea view. Staff were superb. Just a short walk into the village of Agios Nikitas.
Everything was top notch! The location is amazing, overlooking the nicest beaches and view of the island. Our host Dino and his family were all so welcoming and nice, and Nikki was so helpful. The apartment has everything you need for an amazing holiday, everything is clean. Very private and not crowded at all, for those looking for a quiet vacation.

Everything was good. First of all, very nice and helpful host. As for the apartment, it is very good equipped, nothing is missing even for a long period of time. Plus it's very clean. The area is quiet and safe. There is a great swimming pool and private parking. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. We will definitely come to you again, but for a longer time.

The almost totality of the beautiful Lefkada beaches can be reached by car, with max a 1h drive from Dimarion Villas, for some of them there are also connections/excursions by boat.
A charming apartment with basic facilities which were clean any tidy. Couldnt have been a better location - right on the beach edge with private garden. Lovely views from the balcony and close enough to enjoy the sounds of the waves lapping at the beach. The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful - thank you Eri and Kiki!
The apartment is located approximately 15min from Mylos beach by foot. Kathisma is also very close. You only need 5min to the center of Agios Nikitas. The property is located in a quiet area. There is private parking which made our stay even more comfortable. Owner and staff were always available and very kind. Apartment was as in pictures.
