Roberto and his wife were amazing hosts. The service they provided was both warm and discreet. The breakfast was just the right amount of delicate Greek food to start our four-day stay. Their advice was not only very accurate, but also showed how much they genuinely care about the needs of their guests. The place is superbly decorated by Roberto himself, as he is both a sculptor and an artist, and the garden is charming, filled with colorful flowers. Aliori is perfectly located—not too close to the noise of the port but not too far from the beach and restaurants. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we return to Amorgos.
Last but not least, Roberto helped us through an epic situation when we forgot our laptop in the room while we were already near the port, ready to board the boat. Roberto met us halfway from Aegiali to Chora so we could retrieve it and make it to the boat on time! We already miss the peaceful yoga music Roberto plays while serving breakfast, but we must continue with the rest of our honeymoon!

Our hostess Sophia was super friendly and helpful. The room had a little kitchen and a courtyard which was lovely in the afternoon sun. This spot is very close to the Aegiali ferry port and the beach. It is in the middle of the shops and restaurants.
Located 2 km from Katapola Port, the traditionally built Skopelitis Village offers elegantly decorated units with a terrace overlooking the sea.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Katapoliani. We were met off the ferry and given loads of great tips about the area. The location is great, just a short distance from the port. The accommodation is nicely styled and very clean.

We’ve been in many properties around Greece and Europe, this one had, if not the best, one of the best host we’ve ever met. The price value worths 100%. They had even coffee capsules for every morning for us. We recommend this property more than anything else in Amorgos. We will go back one day for sure. If you read this and try the property you will remember my words about how much welcoming and lovely the owners are.

The village of Chora is absolutely stunning and is a perfect base from which to explore the island. Nikos' place is perfectly located just beside the village and within a couple of minutes walking distance to the village attractions. Nikos was an exceptionally welcoming and generous host. He really made us feel like we were his guests (as opposed to just his customers), he gave us excellent tips and recommendations for Chora and the whole island, and the standards he keeps (cleanliness, breakfast, etc) are exceptional. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Vorina Ktismata and I could not rate it more highly.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The hotel was perfect for what we needed and Aegiali is a great location to stay on Amorgos. Gryspo’s was lovely with big rooms and a lovely view. The owner was super helpful and always available to answer any questions you have. We also hired a car from them which was so easy and reasonably priced also the best way to see the island.
We spent an amazing week in June 2024 at Phos Boutique Apartments on Amorgos. The view from our huge terrace was simply incredible, the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. It was a quiet and peaceful boutique apartment, just what we were looking for! The breakfast was perfect: a basket of lovely home made products brought to our terrace every morning at the agreed time. Last but not least, our host, Eva was welcoming, informative and so kind, thank you for everything Eva, we will be back one day!
Perfect location and view. Spacious accommodation. Private and quiet. Well equipped. Easy access to Agios Pavlos and the wonderful beaches of Nikouria.
The room was incredible, the comfort, the design, so quiet and beautiful. The terrace was really nice, private and spacious with a beautiful view. The host is super friendly and accommodating. There is no breakfast but we made our own with the small kitchen. The bedroom was so comfortable it was the best sleep in Greece!
Great location, wonderful views, excellent breakfast buffet. We were given rooms next to each other as requested. We noticed there was a lot of attention to detail in the facilities provided.
