We loved the view and the terrace, it was clean and comfortable, the location is great a minute to the beach and 5-6 min., to the city square. It has private parking, it's quiet, there are no little children - no screaming, no disturbing noises. The rooms have everything you need and nice air-conditioning ✨️ 👌 We will be back soon. Everything was exceptional, especially the breakfast was homemade with local produce and ingredients. The decoration and aesthetic as a whole both the hotel and room offer a calming sense of relaxation alongside it's host Markos who communicated with us and catered to our every need, down to every little detail.

Hostess was extremely nice, very accommodating. The restaurant they own is very close to the apartments and offers amazing vegan options (a real blessing for me, but my non-vegan friends loved it too, the brunch was 10/10).
Towels were changed every day. The apartments are very clean, modern as well. We were a group of 9 so it was nice that there were larger spaces where we could gather.

You get a card which lets you enter a parking lot, there are towels that are clean. There is a airco, but it only cools the underground. When you go upstairs it is very hot. There is a balcony where you can sit. There is not much that is likeable in this property.

We had a great stay at stratos hotel. Very kind people working there. Thank you for making the stay so nice and comfortable. Great location, City Center is really close, but far enough so you have silence at the hotel. Tasty breackfast with lots of homemade stuff. Parking at the hotel parking space is great and for free. We would book again next time we are in afytos.
We ve been travelling to Chalk for over 20 years-- Iades was the best experience by far! Affordable luxury,friendly willing and helpful owners- Perfect location walking dinstance to the centre. The best option if you want a quiet private vacay in Afitos without the hordes of huge hotels. It is a treat you and your family deserve!
