Freshly made georgian breakfast everyday, cooked by the owner she’s very nice and hospitable. The place was very clean even it’s only manage by the owner. Definitely gonna stay there again when I had a chance to go back in Georgia (Kutaisi). It feels like you have your mom even when you are in holiday. ❤️

I liked the hotel very much. The hotel was excellent. It had all facilities that I expected. The rooms were clean, central heating was on and it was warm. The hotel had very good location, it was not far from city centre. Next time I will book this hotel again, when I need.

As 1st experience in Gruzia this is definitely very local place. Its in a small village and off the grid. The rooms are big but with old equipment and water was not always hot. Don't expect luxury. Warm and hospitable owner who offered us best red wine we had in Georgia. If you want beautiful local experience, meet great people and taste exceptionally good wine then this is great place! Also there is beautiful hot spring 20 minutes by car.
The house is surrounded by a big garden with trees and animals with a view on the mountains. Chilling on the balcony there is great. To the Vani museum (which you should definitely check) is 25min walk and the shops or marshutka stop are also within walkable distance. There is a dog in the house but he is a good boy and wants to play a lot. Tengo makes the best jonjoli and is a great host.
