Very clean throughout the hotel. The room itself had a comfortable bed and a table and chairs on the balcony but not in the room as the second bed took up that space. There were storage places for clothes at the side of the bed along with power sockets.
The powerful shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water, although occasionally it was barely a trickle at first. It seemed fine once I turned it off and back on again, though. Probably just some air in the water pipes.
There are drying racks at each room, which is very handy. Not sure about whether it would be possible to use the washing machine, as I never asked.
Located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from lots of restaurants, shops and the beach. It was easy to find as it sits in front of the Lion hotel. There is no sign that i noticed but it's #86.
The folks there speak no English but we were able to communicate when necessary. Payment is strictly cash.

Nice desk to work from. Nice balcony. Slept well because the traffic sounded like the wind. Staff generous with food and drink. No mosquitos. Good price.

I was planning a trip to Svaneti from Tbilisi and wanted to stay a few nights in the Guria or Adjara region—as some kind of pitstop. When I saw this listing, I immediately knew it was what I needed, and turns out my intuition was right.
Two years ago I researched for places like this in Georgia, and I can say that it’s a breath of fresh air —not much similar to it in the country.
Very comfortable and stylish, properly made rooms, each decorated with their motive. A big plus for me was that each room has its own toilet and shower.
The second floor of the house, where the guest rooms are located, is divided into zones, and it's easy to feel some privacy if it's needed.
When you observe the house and the surrounding territory, it's easy to notice that the owners have traveled and seen a lot. Each detail could tell you a little story..
The host family, volunteers, dogs, and cats are very heartwarming and pleasant.
The house is located about a 20-minute drive from the beach, and it’s vibe is totally different from Ureki accommodations.
Hands down it's the best guesthouse to stay in Guria, if not all of Georgia.
Peace, Love, I would love to come back for sure. Thanks! ..

We be there in late at night and owner was waiting and following us he was out to find us and it was very greatful, home is clean and compy, they provide anything we need, there is many restaurants near with good quality.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Very close to the beach (walking distance) and Kolkheti national park. Overall quiet and had everything we needed. Good air con, and we didn’t get bitten by mosquitos (which the area is famous for), so that’s a bonus.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Located conveniently near the city center, it boasts brand new, impeccably clean rooms and bathrooms. The common areas are infused with a lovely fragrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled to find several types of coffee machines available, ensuring a perfect cup every time. My stay was truly enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and convenience.
Very well appointed and well designed rooms.
Friendly and efficient welcome.
I appreciated the provision of fresh fruit, and availability of an ironing board.
This is a great provision for visitors to Poti, where hotel accommodation is otherwise limited.
absolutely exceptional! the host was very friendly and helpful. the accommodation was clean and modern with a private kitchen. a bbq area behind the house, where the host made a fire for me every evening. this accommodation exceeded my expectations
Clean and stylish room, everything you need is either there or in the common room, fresh fruits were a nice addition. Communication with the host was always great, fast and effective
Didn't expect much for a cheap stay in national park guiding center, but this was a decent three-star hotel instead of the usual cottage-style places. Room was nice and new and everything worked, really nice staff, I could park my car in the secure yard etc.
