The location is very good, as this was located in new gudauri, we able to experience the snow as it was in the high area. When we woke up we really enjoyed the view as it was full of snow. The hotel is very neat and friendly staff. When we will be able to come back, definitely i will book this hotel again.

The name says it is a hotel, but you actually feel like home with your family. Our Host Lado is absolutely amazing, he’s got some kind of superpower, with it he can organise everything you want in Gudauri area in couple minutes. Hostess and her kitchen are mindblowing, lots of georgian flavours, her kindness, and heart putting into what her do makes this place 100% complete. Rooms are comfy, and very clean. Living room area with fire place and stunning views makes you feel like in fairy tale.
After a whole day on the slopes, you can count on a warm sauna to relax!

The apartment itself is adorable, with a comfy bed, a hot shower that's perfect after a day on the slopes, and a simple yet charming design. Plus, everything you need is right nearby. Host was very polite and friendly ♥️

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. All the staff were fantastic (particularly Slava) and gave us a ride to the ski lift each morning. Breakfast was good and varied each day.
There’s great live music in the restaurant each night too.
Very kind staff. It was really cheap taking into account the services they offer. The room was great, with comfortable beds and a good private bathroom, and the breakfast was plentiful and very good. We are very happy to have stayed here.
Andrea is a great host, she did all possible to let us check in early and was super flexible for the check out timing. She was always reachable in case we had any issues (that we didn’t) Only 5 minutes walk to the ski lift. Quiet area, lovely views from the balcony. The apartment is really spacious.
Great Location. All of the facilities in 5-10 minutes walk away. Great view from the Balcony. Charming appartment owner was available at all time and each our request was answered immediately /performed in a short time. Definitely recommended.
Staff are super friendly and helpful, absolutely delicious breakfast! Super comfy and warm rooms with mountain views, nice hot ensuite showers, comfy beds, private balcony, and not far from the ski lift, resort and a number of good ski equipment rental shops nearby, great WIFI, kitchen open for guests' use, minimarket and bakery 30 second walk away... beautifully quiet all times of the day... I could go on! Overall extremely pleasant experience staying here. Will 100% be coming again 🇬🇪⛷🏂
