I've visited many places in Europe, but this time I was hosted in the most home, authentic, friendly way in my life. From the begginning till the end the contact with the host was very good. You have well-equipped shared kitchen. There is a place for skis, ski boots. The closest ski lift(Shino) is about 8 minutes on foot. It's about 25 minutes on foot to new gudauri(ski centre where there are bars, restsursnts, shops and events)

Nice Mountain view from our room. Good and comfortable room for 2 persons. Large and comfortable hall, fireplace. House has 5 rooms per 2 persons. So, if you have 10 persons, all house will be only for you. Kitchen. Most of rooms have a transformer bed, it may be as double and as tween. I recommend this house for a company of people 6 - 10 persons. Notes, if you have children, - the best choice to locate them separately. For example, 2 family: parent - 2 rooms, 2 boys - 1 room, 2 girls -1 room.

The hotel has a great common area and terrace. The owner is good and helpful. The place is far from slopes to walk by ski boots, but it is no problem because Lado (the owner) provide free of charge shuttle to slopes for you. We ate delicious with reasonable price, there.

Quaint and cozy apartment ♥️ It's practically ski-in, ski-out, just a hop away from the gondola lift, and the mountain views are simply stunning. The apartment itself is adorable, with a comfy bed, a hot shower that's perfect after a day on the slopes, and a simple yet charming design. Plus, everything you need is right nearby. Host was very polite and friendly ♥️
Wonderful property (new, clean and quiet, far from the noise of the main road or clubs), great location near ski facilities, great F&B and overall atmosphere, but most importantly, exceptional staff and service (extremely friendly and helpful whenever needed)
Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. All the staff were fantastic (particularly Slava) and gave us a ride to the ski lift each morning. Breakfast was good and varied each day.
There’s great live music in the restaurant each night too.
Very kind staff. It was really cheap taking into account the services they offer. The room was great, with comfortable beds and a good private bathroom, and the breakfast was plentiful and very good. We are very happy to have stayed here.
Andrea is a great host, she did all possible to let us check in early and was super flexible for the check out timing. She was always reachable in case we had any issues (that we didn’t) Only 5 minutes walk to the ski lift. Quiet area, lovely views from the balcony. The apartment is really spacious.
