The Crabtree Inn, hotel in Worthing

Located in Shoreham-by-Sea and with Lancing Beach reachable within 1.2 miles, The Crabtree Inn provides a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar.

A great location. By the train station but not noisy. As well as a sizeable beer garden, there was a good sized, covered over part as well. There was a karaoke night which was great , with people having a lovely time - good and bad singing, but who cares and also an Irish music night the following evening, so all good.

This is the first time in my life that a hotel looked even better in real life than in the photos. Everything was simply superb. The staff was incredibly kind, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. There’s a pub on the ground floor, but it’s perfectly quiet in the rooms. Overall, it was an amazing and wonderful experience.

Lovely breakfast brought to the room. Room was very quiet. Black out curtains. Nice to open windows for a touch of air. Ok reading lamps. Lovely lovely host which makes it all that much nicer.

Great location: a short walk into the centre of Worthing with loads of restaurants nearby; just minutes to the beach; short drive into Brighton. The studio is peaceful and quiet and it was lovely to wake up and see the garden.

The location is perfect - very quiet & peaceful. The room (#4) was very clean as was the bedding. Excellent breakfast. We arrived well before the advertised arrival time and were allowed to occupy the room early which was appreciated. We had chance to check out most of the other rooms and found they did indeed have desks of which more later.

A charming hotel with bags of character. It is a little frayed around some edges but I would much rather stay somewhere like this than some sterile box. The food I had was superb. I had a chicken and Chorizo pie for an evening meal and it was superb and breakfast the next day was outstanding. Staff were really friendly and obliging.
