Lovely decor of the rooms and modern bathroom. Really liked the stables door and loved the courtyard area to enjoy a drink from the bar in the evening sunshine! Perfect to for our stay with our dog which was included in the room price so was really nice to not have extra dog charges. Friendly, helpful staff and nice breakfast (except bacon/black pudding which was very dry and may have been pre-cooked) otherwise a lovely peaceful retreat.

The parking was easy. The bus stop is right in front of the house. Rooms were very clean. Dated, but it doesnt matter, cleanliness is more important. We had a group of 3 so the price for the double and single bed split between us was a fair price.

Location near Oxford City centre bus or taxi into Oxford free parking.and room ready before our booked in time as this was a short stay visit wedding.very little time was spent in the room.shower was nice n hot and bedroom was absolutely fine for our stay.

Very good. Bacon and scrabbled egg was excellent. If I’m being really picky it would have been nice to have marmalade on display and offer to go with the toast. Also fresh fruit to go with the cereal or as an alternative. I.e. blueberries, strawberry’s, raspberries .
Simply delightful. Great location. Charming thatched country pub. The room was very comfortable and super clean. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to ensure one had everything one needed. The breakfast was delicous! Well done and thank you!

As near to perfect as it's possible to get. Dinner menu was imaginative, with fresh ingredients, beautifully presented. Bedrooms and interiors generally were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable bedroom, with an excellent breakfast.

The family Room was in the 1st floor of guest-house, so it was very quiet and without any food-smell. It had a great new kitchenette with stove, oven, fridge - tea & coffee & mineralwater were provided. Bathroom new and clean, Soap, Shampoo, bodylotion provided.
The breakfast was the best warm breakfast we had on our journey . The staff was lovely. Highly recommended!
