Breakfast was simply amazing and delicious.
The location is perfect (bus station in front of the Guesthouse).
Not far to walk from center (about 5 minutes).
The owner Giacomo we haven't met, but he was easy to get in touch via Telephone and he was extremely friendly and helpful!
Dorota made our breakfast and as well as Giacomo was also very helpful and welcoming!
The open loving room was also very cozy, where one could sit after a long day of sightseeing and read a book or have a cup of tea.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Bath.

The bed was huge and very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed.

Welcome was warm and efficient. Small room had everything you needed and always top quality. Breakfast did not disappoint. Top quality freshly prepared.

Very clean and spacious. Bed was one of the most comfortable i’ve stayed in. Kitchen was luxurious and fully equipped for a self catering break. It was really something to be able to look out and see the animals there. Just a shame the weather was miserable as i would have loved to have sat on the decking with a cup of tea!

Our 2nd stay at this lovely private Shepherd hut. We were in the area and decided to book last minute. Very quiet, away from busy places with nice opportunities to walk on country lanes. Comfy bed, nice shower and heating with good utilities.
Friendly guest house in a great location on the outskirts of Bath. The owners were helpful and the location quiet. The price included a full breakfast and they were very good in meeting my needs.
