For a Bed and Breakfast establishment this was excellent. Everything you could wish for was provided. The room was wonderful and the location is beautiful. Having stayed in quite a few B&Bs before this is the best by far.

We enjoyed the location- quiet and tranquil and still offering public footpaths nearby. We were happy there was a French press as we are not fond of instant coffee and we enjoyed reading about the history of the place. It was a perfect base for exploring the island.

Just excellent in every area. Comfortable, warm, cosy without feeling cramped in any way. Great facilities, good private parking, and the hosts had really good communication throughout. If/when we come back to the Isle of Wight, we probably won’t hesitate to stay here again.
