The room is even nicer than advertised! Beautifully decorated, looks recently renovated and brand-new, quite spacious, great shower pressure, super comfy bed. The host was so lovely and arranged for a light breakfast in our room. It’s located around the corner from the Coffee Pot and from the shore.

The room was very spacious and comfortable with sofa and TV at the end of the bed. Tea and coffee making facilities and plenty of storage for clothes, bathroom had bath plus shower in one etc, breakfast was pre-order the evening before and there was continental type help yourself laid out each morning! The host was always chatty and full of recommendations of things to look at or places to eat! All in all enjoyed my stay 😁

The guest house is only 10 min walk from the ferry terminal, and close to a number of shops and restaurants. Allan was very welcoming and helpful, and the room was comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast was really fantastic. Will choose stay here if I visit Arran again.

The Garden room was fantastic! We spent 4 nights there on our recent trip to Arran and we loved it. Agnes has thought of everything down to the last detail. The bed was so comfortable and we both slept really well every night ! The accommodation is spotlessly clean and lovely toiletries were provided. The garden room is in a quiet location just one street away from the shore.
