The character of the house, it's absolutely huge with lots of lovely features, our room was really nice, very comfortable bed and pillows, stunning views and a basement with dartboard, full size snooker table, its all very impressive. Had a lovely stay at the Liver View Hotel. 5 minutes walk from the ferry to Liverpool. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. I had a few full English breakfasts during our stay, which were very good.. David was very helpfull and able to advise us on travel in and around Liverpool. He was also able to loan us Metro cards for transport, which covered ferry, train and bus transport around Liverpool for a single fee of £6.30 per day (at the time of writing).
Would definitely recommend and book again if the need arose.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Very comfortable and quiet property, I stayed for 14 days whilst working locally. It is in a great location within a 2 minute walk to the promenade and a 15-20 walk to New Brighton where there are quite a few restaurants.
The apartment is situated 20 minutes away from Liverpool city centre on the bus in one direction, or 20 minutes away from New Brighton beach in the other. There’s lots of small convenience stores and chippies etc in walking distance. Also a small playground, Catholic Church and a social club too which is called The Great Float - Karaoke nights are from 8pm on Fridays. The apartment was quiet at night, very clean, beautifully furnished with all mod cons including fan oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Beds were clean and comfy too.
The room was comfy, everything was clean, the owner very kind and the place very quiet. It had plenty of details like shampoo and bath gel, boiler, coffee, milk, still water. The room is in a private area for clients, etc. Besides the beach for a nice morning walk. I forgot my earphones and the owner called me to ask my address to send them. Very good quality-price.
