Rose and Crown, hotel in Wadhurst

Rose and Crown has a garden, restaurant, a bar and water sports facilities in Burwash. Boasting luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace.

We had a great time. The beds were fine. The food was delicious, as were the Harvey's ales. The pub itself was lovely and all people of the Rose and Crown were very friendly. Intruiging photographs in the men's room, what's the story behind that?

Anand Lodge, hotel in Wadhurst

Anand Lodge is set in the picturesque village of Pembury. 3 miles from the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells and 5 miles from Tonbridge.

The staff were helpful and tried to resolve the issue with the blocked toilet, using bleach to assist, although a drain plunger might have been a more effective solution. They also kindly provided access to an alternative toilet, though it was located on another floor via the shared hallway.

Great location for local amenities and walking around the Northern part of High Weald. Very quiet position away from the nearest main road so was to be listening to the local wildlife rather than local traffic.
