Good central location to the main attractions. Friendly owners and feels like home. You will need to go a long way to find the local shopping areas for food. So keep some parcel. I got free parking and the morning view to the mountains is stunning. Missing it would be a nightmare.
Good size room, bit dated but good size, comfortable and clean with an outside lavatory.
Would stay again.

Both the breakfast and location was great. Staff went to great effort to make us welcome and comfortable.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The location was ideal. On the edge of a quiet caravan site only a few minutes' walk from the beach and 13 mins walk to the train station. Beautiful sunset views without even leaving the caravan!
Excellent location for getting around town, stayed for the Talyllyn railway and was only a <10min walk there. Cosy room but enough space and storage for a weekend trip. Near a cafe/pub but quiet at night.
Lovely clean bungalow with everything you need for a happy stay. Clean and tidy, very comfortable beds, excellent hot water and a great location. The bungalow is in a quiet area with parking, within walking distance of the heritage railway, the promenade and the town.
great host who made us feel so welcome, beautiful luxurious room, private, very clean, with lots of amenities. great breakfast. safe parking on site. Bit out of town, but that is no problem at all if you have a car. Good restaurants and Coop supermarket in town
This place definitely exceeded our expectations! Lovely, cosey cottage, in a beautiful quiet location, with the best views!! Host Katy was very helpful, and a great host! The only disappointing part of our trip was that it was not long enough! This will not be out last visit! Thank you Katy.
