Superb comfort; first class service/food; perfect location for visiting the areas we wanted to access. This was our second short break there (family reasons) and after our first visit - Dec 22 - it was a "no brainer". The bedroom/bathroom (we chose the larger) is excellent and the sitting/breakfast room is lovely ... wonderful surroundings.
A good kettle, selection of teas and coffee with daily fresh milk and filtered water in a small fridge.
Ben offers a choice of freshly cooked food to accompany cereals, etc. - we leave looking forward to another visit.

Neil and Kay were such gracious hosts. They kept their home up to beyond hotel standards. They made homemade breakfast every morning which was a great start to every day. They really seemed to understand the balance between being available and having conversations as well as staying out of the way to allow for privacy.

Great location for visiting Cornwall although sat nav sent us down a country road,we should have followed the map the property owner sent us. Pub just a short walk away serving good food. Good breakfast, very quiet location. Lovely host.
This was our second stay at The Cabin. Same high standards as the previous visit last year. Great communication from the owners. Cabin spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable in a great location for the city centre, yet quiet. Comfy Kingsize bed, easy to use shower, plenty of hot water. Nice welcome pack of milk, teabags, sugar, biscuits and a lovely loaf of bread and real butter! We come to visit our daughter who lives in a very small cottage nearby, so the Cabin is ideal for our needs.
Great location about 10 minutes outside Truro (depending on traffic), but far enough away to be quiet and feel private. The cottage was incredibly pretty and comfortable. In the kitchen I was greeted with a tasty welcome basket. Liz was a wonderful host, friendly, and welcoming, and she even provided me with extra fresh eggs from the chickens during my stay. She also provided a folder filled with information about the cottage, the local area, with suggestions for places to visit and where to eat.
This was an ideal location for us to use as a base to explore the Cornwall area. It was also just a 15 minute walk into the city centre and close to shopping if needed. The size was perfect for a couple and very clean, comfortable, private and quiet. The owner was available to give assistance if needed.

The property is situated within an easy walk of the City Centre. The downside of the location is that it is on a busy main road with some traffic noise.
