I loved absolutely everything! It exceeded my expectations. Beautiful property throughout. My room, Betsi, was very well equipped, with personal touches and great attention to detail. I even had a kitchenette that I didn't expect. The owners, Claire and Chris, were really lovely, too.

The host was very engaging, thoughtful, and helpful. We had a medical issue while we were there, and she was helpful in helping us figure out how to deal with that in a different country.
The continental breakfast was very nice. Her coffee was excellent! Just what we wanted.

Welcoming hosts, gourmet breakfast, room and bed were comfortable.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
There was mention in the description of this place being a bed and breakfast establishment. It isn't. This is probably the perennial Booking.com error.
This didn't matter as there's a Wetherspoons up the road.
The owner was just outside when arriving at the little house and welcomed us personally. The house has a very original and nice decoration. It is situated in a quiet area and the little garden is certainly an extra when having good weather.... as we did :)
We came on a Friday and there is always live music on a Friday but the room on the upper floor was quiet though and we had some food in the pubs restaurant which was good.
The breakfast in the morning is a nice bonus and the rooms are spacious and very clean. We slept very well, thank you.
The cottage was very clean and cosy. It has everything you need and is a great location close enough to explore the Brecon Beacons but also in a very secluded spot with views over the hills. The facilities were really good and it really was a home from home for me and my daughter. Would highly recommend
Room was spotlessly clean, very quiet considering we were above a very popular and lively pub, staff exceptionally helpful and welcoming, great value for money, breakfast was fantastic and accommodated my wifes dietary needs. Public toilets and areas very clean. Can't fault anything. Great location as we were walking in the Beacons the following day.
