Emma was a great host and made us feel at home during our 2 night stay. She gave really good recommendations for things to do on Skye and which restaurants to go to in Portree. The house has a lovely view out to the river snizort. It was also interesting to hear about Scottish Gallic and its traditions! Would thoroughly recommend staying here

The house was really comfortable, and just the right temperature. The view was stunning. Beds and bedrooms comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the sitting room had lots of seating. It was easy to find, and a great location for everything in the North half of Skye, and only 10 minutes drive from a good sized supermarket in Portree. We could walk 20 minutes to the Skaebost hotel for dinner which was excellent.

We liked the experience! The host Emma was very hospitable and it was a very relaxing stay. Definitely a gem for having a base to explore the Isle of Skye. Great location, nice family business, and exceptional views. We also really appreciated the breakfast each morning and the little sweets that were gifted to us for our honeymoon! Will be returning next time we find ourselves in the area :)

We were given a friendly welcome and our room was beautiful with stunning views from the window. Breakfast was wheeled into our room on a trolley and was a very comprehensive continental breakfast. The bathroom was very spacious with a great rain fall shower. It was very quiet and peaceful - a shame we hadn't booked longer.
