The accommodation itself is immaculate, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. My room was cozy yet spacious, with a wonderfully comfortable bed, luxurious linens, and an attention to detail that made every moment feel special.
Breakfast each morning was a true highlight. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with a selection of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients prepared to perfection. Terrific BnB with a friendly host. Breakfast was also top notch. Although no dedicated parking the street parking was very easy and close to BnB.

The location is really good for travelling around Mull. Vety comfortable bed and fantastic hosts. The view out the window at breakfast is stunning.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Roslyn House has been beautifully and tastefully renovated to create a luxury boutique B&B. As there are no staff on site, breakfast is left in the fridge/counter area on a daily basis. Breakfast comprised a good choice of food items including cheese, meats, smoked salmon, yoghurt, cereals, compots, jams, croissants, bread, juices plus tea/coffee. This is ample choice - plus lovely to have when you want and in bed!
My room was very comfortable and cosy. The bathroom was also excellent.

A great location and property for a 2 week holiday, just outside Tobermory at the top of a steep hill. Quiet but within easy reach of all facilities and a short walk to the town centre. Private parking off road. Equipped to a very high standard for the price, clean and spacious with 3 bathrooms. Small garden area overlooking fields with horses and sheep.
