Owners were friendly and went out of their way to look after us. It was spotlessly clean. A 5-10 minute walk downhil will bring youl to the harbour and to the Staffa tours starting point.

We booked four rooms in total as we were travelling with family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My husband and I were in a seaview suite (number 7) and absolutely loved the feel of the room. The food left was great - the buns, cold cuts, cheese, crackers, granola, milk, oj, bubbly etc. Really appreciated the bubbly :). Every room was stocked as well as ours and each had their own personality. We did not end up using the honesty bar as we brought our own wine however the back sitting room was great. The whole family was able to unwind in that lovely back room and relax with the windows open letting in the sea air while we played some board games, shared some wine etc. The board games are a very nice addition. The town center is down quite a steep hill - my mom made it (she is 78) but as we had her and our grandson (9 months) with us we took a taxi back. Call Mull Taxi - they were great! All in all a great stay. We didn't see the house rules at first and started firing questions out to the info email and the response time was phenomenal - for anyone reading this review they leave the house rules and handy tips doc on the bed :).

Roslyn House has been beautifully and tastefully renovated to create a luxury boutique B&B. As there are no staff on site, breakfast is left in the fridge/counter area on a daily basis. Breakfast comprised a good choice of food items including cheese, meats, smoked salmon, yoghurt, cereals, compots, jams, croissants, bread, juices plus tea/coffee. This is ample choice - plus lovely to have when you want and in bed!
My room was very comfortable and cosy. The bathroom was also excellent.

A great location and property for a 2 week holiday, just outside Tobermory at the top of a steep hill. Quiet but within easy reach of all facilities and a short walk to the town centre. Private parking off road. Equipped to a very high standard for the price, clean and spacious with 3 bathrooms. Small garden area overlooking fields with horses and sheep.
