The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is fantastic.

It's a great budget hotel and well worth a visit.

It was a lovely location and I liked the fact that we had all we needed for our Christmas stay. We were able to relax and come and go as we wanted. We were left to our devices which suited us perfectly but felt that had we required anything the owners were there to ask and were helpful and friendly.

Great location if you want to walk into town. Front door is on a combination lock and you will be sent a code for the room door. I did not immediately receive access details so I contacted Steve and immediately he sent me the details. Room was comfortable with all the facilities needed for an overnight stay. I left behind stuff in the room Steve kindly arranged for these to be stored so I could collect later. In all for a business stop over the place is reasonably priced and perfect placed

A very warm welcome by the hosts. Light bright annex attached to the owners home. Everything still looks new and is in fully working conditions. Shower in a cubicle with separate toilet and wash basin. Full size fridge in the room with food for breakfast plus juice, milk and water. Double bed and single bed in room. Shared garden seating and table. Lovely and clean. On road parking but very close to the Annex.

We always judge accommodation on the price we pay and it was certainly good value for money. Parking was very good and we had an excellent breakfast the following morning. The rooms are a little dated which we expected but everywhere was very quiet.
Charming pub with rooms in a quiet but convenient location. Staff very welcoming. Good selection at breakfast and serving from 0730 am. This is really helpful when you have a reasonably early start.
