The breakfast was continental and as shown on the booking site. It was detached from the main farm house. Lisa, the host, was on hand if needed but left you to your own devises. A very good place to stay.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Any query i had was dealt with swiftly, the apartment was neat, tidy and clean. It was also very quiet even though it was on a main road and the lady in charge was very helpful and amenable. The bed was sooooo comfy, slept like a log.
We loved the quiet location and the facilities inside were hotel standard. Very smart, clean and comfortable. Small fridge with water and milk added bonus. Cooked breakfast very good too.
This is a very quiet, comfortable room with well-thought out use of space, especially in the ensuite bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the use of the garden on a tranquil spring evening and the helpful advice about local restaurants.
My son loved the gaming room, the bed and the garden:).
As for us adults, the house was beautiful inside and out, the kitchen fully equipped, it was warm, comfortable and it felt like luxury!
Jennie and Ian were great hosts, super friendly and very helpful especially as they actually posted out some of my son's forgotten clothes back to me!
