Friendly owners and staff. I was able to check in later than usual, as I was involved in an event in town. The bar was lovely and oldy worldy. Room was warm and cosy and clean. Lots of tea and coffee.

Jo and James are fantastic hosts. We loved staying here for the Cotswolds leg of our UK road trip. The room (including bathroom) was super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with very generous servings. There was an area wide blackout on the second night but Jo and James were brilliant - they gave us a lantern and kept us updated. Thank you so much Jo and James for having us!

Very conveniently located. A quiet street only a short walk from the train station and the city centre. Spotlessly clean room with a beautiful view over the trees and hills around Stroud. Lots of thoughtful touches in the room such as bathrobe, well-equipped tea tray and magazines. A delicious breakfast served in the host's very quiet kitchen, with granola, bread, jams all of which are home-made.
Lovely olde worlde pub an room location quiet and picturesque lovely comfortable big bed very clean warm room friendly staff excellent breakfast definitely recommend and super price too !
Location. Quaint. Homely. Great parking. Chris was responsive to our questions. Great value. Excellent bed. Hot shower. Breakfast cereal and milk was really welcome. It was wonderful to have stayed in an old mill as there's so much history around. It was quiet and a hidden gem.
Abi is a great host. She made us feel very welcome and her dogs are lovely. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The neighbourhood is really quiet with nice views over the hills.
Cosy apartment, spotlessly clean and very well equipped for our weekend stay. Great location alongside the canal. Very quiet with lovely walks along the canal to Stroud and a fab local microbrewery! Would definitely recommend. Chris was a great host and communication was easy and quick.
