Quiet countryside setting. Large room! Frankie is a wonderful host who has paid attention to the finer details of what guests want/need. I appreciated having the coffee, tea, dishes and cutlery in the room to eat our breakfasts and snacks. Good parking available. Easy access to nearby towns by car or by walking.

The Bell & Stuart House, hotel in Stow on the Wold

The traditional Cotswolds inn The Bell & Stuart House at Stow offers luxurious rooms with attached bathroom alongside its cozy bar and restaurant in Stow-on-the-Wold.

The location of The Bell was good, could walk into town easily. The room was very nice and enjoyed the complimentary "Port" tasting . Nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The dinner at the Restaurant/Pub was good, except two dogs we're at a nearby table barking which ruined our nice dinner experience. I'm sure that it is a difficult decision to let dogs indoors at restaurants, but the staff didn't do anything about the barking. I went to the owners of the dogs and complained. Dogs belong outdoors at restaurants, not inside as far as we're concerned.

Loved the home it was wonderful and right next to the center of town. The place was lovely with a beautiful garden and eclectic artwork. Our host was very friendly too. We had a room at the very top with a great view. It was well appointed and decorated. Great snacks and drinks included. And the pets were friendly and adorable (2 cats and 2 dogs). There was a cozy fire in the parlor for guests to enjoy along with a selection of games.

Perfect position just off the main square in Stow but quiet as it’s at the back of the courtyard of the tearoom. Excellent breakfast all freshly prepared and cooked. The staff in the tearoom were lovely. Not a cheap stay but Stow is an expensive place and it was a competitive price. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
