Vanilla Joe’s around the corner - Yummy Ice Cream. The Studio is large & decorated beautifully, although the carpet around the bed had stains from previous dogs that peed. Did inform the owner immediately via text & he said the carpets are “at the end of life”

A lovely Guest House, the host very professional and knowledgeable. My room was a single room and was very clean and comfortable. It had a TV, lots of Tea and Coffee and a small fridge for your milk etc.. The bathroom was also very clean with a shower over the bath. You had to complete a form for what breakfast items you would like the next morning, this was delivered to your door in the morning by a lovely lady who just smiled all the time, I guess she loved her job.
Beechwood En-suite Rooms is ideally located between both the towns of Ayr and Prestwick, and is just an 8 minutes’ drive from Prestwick Airport.

The rooms was clean with everything you need, we had the top floor all to ourselves and had a brilliant sleep.

The location was handy, the room was clean and quiet and the lad who handled the booking was polite, professional and pleasant. Really happy with the customer service standards.
In a quiet location and convenient for the ferry port, promenade just across the road, reasonable pub nearby which does food. Parking on site felt very safe for our motorcycle as it was set back a long way from the main road and out of sight. Our host Paula was very welcoming and took her time to show us around - our room was on the first floor, on the ground floor there was a large lounge with a pool table and a ‘help yourself’ bar on an honesty system - we didn’t partake but it was a nice gesture to feel trusted.
Good and quiet location close to the Ardrossan beach with easy parking off the main road. Room very comfortable with a large bathroom. A well stocked honesty bar in a big lounge with a pool table. Generous seating area outside.
Great value, great location for the ferry, great hosts. I slept very well, it was very quiet. It's an air BnB style thing. Only one room for guests so it's not busy.
Good room quiet location, clean and tidy. Staff warm and friendly. Excellent breakfast, no problems at all. We,ve used the Red Squirrel before and will do again. Thank you for a brilliant stay.
