This was our second visit to this beautiful accommodation. Honestly, we cannot fault them in anyway. The host is as much of a gem as the property. We cant recommend this place enough. Our second visit was made more beautiful due to waking up to snow, what a treat. The local village pub is a must visit, food is delicious as well as welcoming and friendly. If you want a get away from it all break then this place is for you. We cannot wait for our third visit.

Truly excellent breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for Cameron, who is a great host. Property was perfectly located in the middle of the town, close to pubs and coffee shops. Even managed to get back up the hill at the end of a perfect weekend

Breakfast was excellent and beautifully presented. The view from the window was great. The bed was comfortable and our tray was replenished every day, including the biscuits! Cameron was a great host and took the time to engage with the guests each morning, despite him being very busy cooking multiple breakfasts. The location is perfect and although busy during the day was surprisingly quiet at night with little street sound.

Great location in a charming cottage. Those with mobility issues will probably struggle with a tight wooden staircase, but in every other regard, it’s beautiful
