We were made very welcome. Our room was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean with great views across the Medway. The en suite looked like it had only just been finished, it was immaculate and, as has been said before, the breakfasts were lovely.

Small inn off the beaten path and was EXCEPTIONAL !! Food is amazing, staff are incredible, couldn't have been more pleased or enjoyed ourselves more. Unfortunately we were there for a funeral but would reccommend to anyone staying in this area ! You do need a car as it is off the beaten path and essentially impossible to get around without one but WORTH IT IN SPADES !!

The owner is an absolute gentleman who works exceptionally hard and goes above and beyond for his guests. He was incredibly patient and resourceful in helping me set up my FireStick to be able to stream an important sports event that I'd been waiting months for 🙏 Great communication throughout too, very detailed directions etc, and wifi was free and very reliable.
The location is also great for exploring the Thames Path, and the fish & chips at the village chippie was an above-average tasty treat afterwards!
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The Beaumont had a lovely cosy feel to it, a light and airy breakfast room, excellent breakfast and welcoming hosts. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Good value and lovely couple running the and B. Couldn't do enough for us and they even run us to our car in the morning after leaving it overnight at a wedding 😊👍 thank you again.
Very cosy and well presented cottage with very comfy beds and good WiFi. Cottage is in the grounds of a fantastic 700 year old farm house, very peaceful and quiet. Also has secure parking for 2 vehicles. An ideal location for us visiting family in Faversham and Canterbury both towns well worth a visit. Mark & Paul are great hosts and could not do enough to ensure we had a great stay. We have stayed at many properties in and around the area and would highly recommend this property.
Very clean room and the location in central sittingbourne was ideal. As it is affiliated as a Wetherspoons the food and drink was cheap, with breakfast included. The rooms were well away from the bar so was nice and quiet.
Great location, short walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. House is extremely clean and comfortable with private parking. Mitch is a great host, very helpful and friendly.
Great little place! Good location near city centre, really nice host couple and excellent breakfast. Will definitely return next time I visit Sittingbourne.
