Maplestone is simply Idyllic. Alan is a perfect host. Breakfast is first class A lovely period property, very well kept and sympathetically furnished in an ideal location for touring the area. Couldn't have asked for any more. Would definitely return.

Really lovely place in a great location, onsite parking and less than a 10 minute drive into wells. Terri is lovely and friendly, really made us feel welcome. If I am in the area again I would absolutely stay again.

This is a small privately run hotel. It's got loads of character and a homely touch. Nothing generic here. Lots of attention to detail especially at breakfast. It's not high luxury, and it's not got all mod cons, but it is well located has easy parking and is a decent place to stay.
Lovely little pub in a great location for exploring Wells & Bath, where great food served including a lovely cooked breakfast. Big bathroom, comfy bed & great bedding. Very friendly staff. Wayne, in particular, was a great host.
