Fabulous stay in a lovely location. Helen was a most accommodating host. We could not make check in, but Helen waited up for us to arrive and was very friendly and welcoming. Very homely place, a relief from the usual corporate digs. My partner does not eat certain food and this was catered for without question at breakfast, which was great. Home made bread, and not the usual catering standard fodder at all.

Perfect location. Quiet neighbourhood. Idéal to have car parked in front of the house. Warm welcome from the owner. Fully equipped room with à desk/table to either eat and/or work. ‘Twas the night before New Year, in Hampton’s High Street,
When creatures were stirring, and wanting to eat.
They headed for Squiffy’s, the best place to be,
In the hope that just maybe a table was free.
Some wanted tapas, or steak and ale pie,
Some wanted burgers, (That someone was I!)
Or toasted marshmallows? Or crackers and cheese?
Waffle with sauces? Prosecco? Yes please!
Festive gonks on the wainscots watched over the view,
Like small Christmas angels, (Tho’ hairier, it’s true.)
When outside the pub there arose such a clatter,
We sprang from our seats to see what was the matter.
Away to the window we walked, maybe waddled,
All wrapped up in PJs and comfortably swaddled.
Then what to our wondering eyes should appear,
But beautiful fireworks from far and from near.
The clock had struck midnight, the year had turned.
And what was the valuable lesson we’d learned?
From three trips to Hampton, the Coopers so Jolly,
To stay somewhere else would simply be folly.
So, we leave you with wishes for the best of New Years,

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location for attending local celebration. Welcoming staff. Very pleasant room with riverside view. Clean, quiet, everything we needed for our one night stay. Free parking was a bonus. Did not order breakfast so cannot comment.
Lovely spacious room with comfy bed, small sofa, desk and ensuite with bath and shower. House furnished with an interesting eclectic mix of furniture. Excellent breakfast. Tom ( owner) was very friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend.

old house situated opposite the reservoir with plenty of parking and a lovely grassy garden at the back, with woods too. Do make time to go out the back and look at the amazing brick façade. Was surprisingly quiet as well .
Beautiful rooms in a family home. Very quaint and quirky with modern touches. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Delightful greeting by hosts, gorgeous comfortable bed and so quiet. We stayed in the White Room which is just lovely. Hosts Tom and Fran are lovely people that want you to have a great experience.
This is traditional family home bed and breakfast.
We have been to Warren Lodge several times ,It is a little tired but we love its quaintness and fantastic location. If money was invested into the property the B and B price could be doubled. Excellent breakfast
