It was the personal touches, great attention to detail, there was something for everyone…
Lovely welcome hamper stocked with biscuits, bread, cereals, jam. Fridge stocked with milk : butter & condiments / sauces
Dog treats & blankets for “furry friends” provided
Straight forward instructions for arrival / departure… useful welcome pack too
Bathroom toiletries available to use & additional “if you have forgotten / need” items
I chose this property over others having read the positive reviews & im glad I stayed here, it was a delight (although it’s next to a main road, don’t hear any traffic noise inside the property)

We did not like anything about this Property . The reason we chose it was our Cousins had a Birthday Party in the Hall .

Location is very good, quiet but with easy access to the M6.
Breakfast was varied and excellent with a wide choice of local produce cooked to order.
The room was very clean and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water.
All facilities were present to make a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, the complimentary cake and wine was especially welcome.
This was one of the best bed and breakfast places i have stayed at friendly people and a nice clean room with everything there you could want even two bottles of wine and bottled water also a lovely breakfast wish it was closer to where we live and would come to stay again.
A very friendly welcome made us feel at home, complimentary wine and homemade cake in our room, which was a lovely gesture. I also loved the fact that we had fresh milk in our room instead of those rubbish milk pots.
A beautiful cooked breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay again in the perfect location for what we needed, peaceful and quiet, no road noise at all.
