Being met by a lovely host, smiley, great sense of humor, a truly exceptional welcome and person. Support throughout my stay was fantastic, helped in more ways than is usually normal when on a stop over, anywhere in the world I've been. A true gem of a booking, the personal touches made you feel truly at home.

Exceptional - comfortable, quiet. Anne Marie and Tracy were very welcoming and friendly, and could not have done more for us. The rooms (we had two) were large, comfortable and had everything we could have needed for our stay. Would like to be able to stay longer, we only booked one night, however, we will be back and will stay longer. We will have to come back to Sandy due to family commitments and will most certainly be booking at Highfield Farm.

The highlight was definitely the incredible breakfasts that Zuzana cooked from scratch each morning. She served up a delicious full English breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, and beans. There was also toast, a selection of cereals, croissants, jams, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Everything was absolutely delicious and it was clear Zuzana uses high quality, fresh ingredients.

Location was ideal and in a lovely setting. It was very quiet, very quaint and easy to find, with good access to the local towns of Bedford and Sandy. The accommodation is reasonably priced given the lack of in-house facilities.
