Booked here very last minute with my husband for New Year’s Eve and luckily we managed to get a room. Kelvin welcomed us with open arms (not literally) and a lovely cup of tea, which was very kind considering there is tea/coffee facilities in the room. Kelvin and Marisol were excellent hosts. Friendly and very accommodating/helpful throughout our stay. Their lovely furry friend Marley too was a delight.
The ensuite we had was lovely and big and room perfect size for a short getaway. The house itself was very old and the decor was very well suited.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious with more than enough on offer.
We hope to return!

We were given a very comfortable and clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful . At breakfast there was a good selection of cereals and/or hot food.

The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. There was plenty of hot water and although the shower lacked power, it was sufficient.. Breakfast was very nice with unlimited coffee. The off-road parking was a great plus point. Mary was very courteous and helpful.

Very friendly hosts and an excellent breakfast. The room was a good size, clean and well furnished and the B & B is in a nice quiet location, with plenty of parking opposite. We will definitely be staying again.

Superb location from which to explore Sandwich and easy access to several eating/drinking establishments. A quiet apartment away from the road and overlooking the quayside.
Just a note-not a criticism -the owners live upstairs and there is a common front door-although a private lockable access door to the apartment.
Plus--Milk, coffee tea and sugar was provided.
Ty was a wonderful host, really friendly and welcoming and keen to advertise local attractions. Our accommodation was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and above all it felt very private and quiet. The freshly cooked breakfast was also of high quality. Would highly recommend. The local pub also had a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely staff very friendly and helpful! Wonderful house with quiet grounds. Catered for coeliac/ lots of delicious breakfast options. We stayed in the Carolina room which has a massive private bathroom across the hall with shower and bath- very clean and welcoming place to stay. Will definitely be staying here again 😊
