Very bad I book for 2 night but check out within one night very dirty. And not good for family. No facilities for guest. No parking. Bathrooms sharing.

The property is in a nice quiet road with hardly any external noise. The location was perfect for our needs - a concert at St Helen's Rugby Club which was about a 30 min walk. Driving into the city centre was easy. Overall a good base for our needs.
Great location, easy and ample parking. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, spacious room and good shower. Comfy bed and breakfast was great (staff were very attentive and filled up the buffet regularly). Gym and pool facilities were lovely and easily accessible!
