We have stayed here before and returned due to liking it so much. An extremely comfortable guesthouse with a lovely owner and staff. They are super friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfasts and the views from the house and garden are stunning. Just the place if you want a relaxing break. A short, scenic walk into town and lovely and quiet at night.

Great sea view. The room was a decent size and a folder was provided with lots of useful local information. For breakfast there were several options. The portions were quite substantial and the service was good.
Overall it's difficult for me to find any fault with my stay at St Ebba.

Lovely little flat, immaculately clean and looks freshly decorated. All the instructions and information you could need, including books, maps, details of local walks etc, even DVDs with historical footage. Clearly an experienced host. Flat was quiet at night, lovely garden out the back with washing lines, handy if you're staying longer. Kitchen and bathroom all up to date and working well. TV with Freesat, Netflix capability etc. Great location. Really enjoyed our stay!
Great location, quiet and relaxing break, wonderful views. Spacious ground floor self catering apartment on front with a private seating area. everywhere was very well maintained and spotless clean. Ferry, shops and eating places cafes within walking distances. Host Sara lives in next door house, she is helpful and friendly without being intrusive.
Breakfast supplies in flat on our arrival. Managed fine without cooker, microwave and toaster etc met our needs.
Great location, minutes from the Ferry terminal. Excellent facilities, including self-catering kitchen. Lovely supplied breakfast food. Comfortable bed. Clean and quiet.
Basic accommodation but reflected in price. Clean and comfortable. Hosts exceptional amy and especially dave are very good company as well as great hosts. Excellent breakfast. Great atmosphere. Fab location. Made our break all the more enjoyable. Thanks both
We loved everything about this exceptional boutique B and B. Host, Gus, was so accommodating and friendly. Complimentary wine in the mini fridge was a really nice gesture as was the fresh milk for tea/coffee. Toiletries were top class and included extras like face wipes. Floor to ceiling windows allowed us a beautiful view of Rothesay bay. The wall mounted TV was huge and had an amazingly clear signal. WiFi was good in the bedroom and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Great location (short drive from restaurants and city centre) and easy on-street parking. Room was very pretty, spacious and had breathtaking sea views, absolutely stunning. Breakfast choices were plentiful and very tasty. An excellent continental spread was available with yogurt, cereal and various fruit and honey. Staff were friendly and helpful.
