John and Anne were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating.
The room itself had everything you needed, towels were changed half way through the stay, everything was kept topped up for us. Bed was the comfiest I’ve slept on for a long time. Cracking view too!
If we returned again we wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay at the Sands. Thanks again and all the best.

Catherine is a super friendly host. House is very interesting with massive bedrooms. We needed an early breakfast as we were going to the irish open which was very handy to get to.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location with a very nice view from the room. The front garden is well kept and a nice place to sit and relax with your morning coffee. The rooms are nice and spacious, good decor and clean. No problems with parking and nice quiet road in the evening. The hosts are very welcoming, and it's nice that they remember you from previous visits. Breakfast is great and sets you up for the day! :)
I would definitely recommend staying here and would always be happy to return.
