Highly recommended! Very clean and comfortable. Historic pub with recently remodeled rooms, in a quaint residential area. The beds with spring mattresses were extremely comfortable and the room was warm (end of January). The staff was friendly and helpful. The barmaid was also funny, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. Hot croissants and chocolate rolls, along with toast, jam/marmalade, small cereal boxes and yogurt, made for a perfect breakfast. A walk to the nearest train station is 30 minutes away or a five minute Uber ride for about 8 pounds.

Breakfasts were simple but tasty, there are teapot and tea/coffee/sugar in room. Room is larger than usual in London. House is very close to Kew Gardens Tube District Line. Great place especially if you like classic English homes!
