One of my favourite places to stay when travelling in Highlands. The room was very well equipped and lovely decorated. Modern, big bathroom with extra toiletries just adds to the comfort to the stay. Great views from the bedroom too! Fantastic breakfast with loads of choices . I will be back if coming back to the Isle of Skye as the island is just magical :)

Wow.What an amazing place to stay.Andy and Lian a made us feel so welcome opening their beautiful home to us. Nothing was too much trouble and eveything you needed was there. It was a home from home. Breakfast was superb the decor stunning and ample parking. Situated just outside Portree you will struggle to find an establishment as super as this to stay at. Highly recommend

The house is in a perfect location for exploring Skye. Directions are easy to follow from the main road. Even without a loch view, it was a great place to be fully satisfied. There's enough space for all guests to park their cars overnight.
Our late check-in (due to the breathtaking views and, of course, the "must" of taking pictures while traveling from the airport) was smoothly managed by the hosts. We received a text message with full instructions—thanks for that!
The room was spacious enough for us, and everything was clean and cozy. There were plenty of sockets to plug in your chargers and other equipment.
Breakfast is well organized, with guests able to choose their preferences each day to avoid food waste. Despite limited choices, we were satisfied. The food was delicious, fresh, warm, and just prepared.
Beds were very comfy and big enough.
Heating was fully operational to get the cloths dry overnight.

Accommodation that exceeded my expectations in absolutely everything. Cozy and pleasant apartments, well furnished, quiet location, which is only a 10-minute walk from the city center. In addition, the very accommodating owner, who, even though she could not meet us due to the weather, arranged everything to our satisfaction from a distance. Hazel, thank you very much.

The bed was comfortable, the host left a ton of food for us, the bathroom was clean and very nice (special points for the shower), the host made sure that we checked in alright and explained everything for all the amenities. The place is quiet, with parking out front, 5mins walk from the center, private, cozy, just great. And Shona was super friendly, responsive and helpful.

It’s in a quiet location, minutes from Portree city centre. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, beautiful and spacious. It overlooks a lake and a big field with 2 horses. I have befriended the brown cob Tedi and would love to go back to visit him!
The Caledonian is right at the town centre with a co-op/supermarket just round the corner. Very clean and quiet room with excellent breakfast included in the room price. Friendly snd helpful staff too. I also like their restaurant just downstairs — their home-made ice-cream is a must!
This feels less like a pod and more like a luxury boutique hotel room. The facilities were excellent and I loved the private outdoor seating area (was lucky enough to have the weather to enjoy it). I was here alone for work, would 100% book again, and tempted to bring my partner next time for a romantic getaway!
The host lets you get on with your stay in private, you are greeted on arrival and a farewell as you leave.
Great location, cheap for Portree, so take it for what it is, if you want top quality accommodation then pay the extra and stay somewhere else!!

This was our best stay in Scotland. We stayed 3 nights and the house included everything required for the excellent stay.
The host Fiona was very kind and prepared excellent breakfast which included also big bowl of fresh fruits.
In addition to big bed room there was a small kitchen with a table and a fridge only for gests usage.
Everything in the house is new and the Fiona keeps the house very clean and neat.
The house located far away from neighbors houses and the place is absolutely quiet.
