Lovely breakfast spot on.
Lovely hosts couldn’t have done enough for me. They also did their best when I opened an old wound (completely my fault) while showering.
Also provide warm water for my travelling flask.
Think the b and b prides itself on the old style hospitality.. certainly to my taste.

It was lovely going into the property with all its character, the lovely wide stairs, the ever so friendly dogs and Sue, who made the stay so enjoyable. She is as characterful as her lovely house. The bed was very comfy and we had a great nights sleep. Sues recommendations as to where to eat were spot on and we couldn’t fault this place. We normally stay in a hotel chain if we are travelling up north, but this stay has made us realise that we love a bit of character and will be hopefully staying in places with like this in the future.

The owner Phil was excellent. Most helpful and very clear about house rules. Great parking. The rooms were spotless and had everything required for a great stay. Would have no hesitation in recommending the Ashberry Guest House to anyone.
