Really great place to stay. Very comfortable room with spacious bathroom and excellent breakfast. Debbie made us feel welcome and we appreciated the extra touches such as cake on arrival, whisky nightcap and bath robes provided. Good location for visiting the Falkirk Wheel, the Kelpies, Stirling or Edinburgh. Also good central location if you need to have a break when travelling. Would definitely stay here again.

Hannah and Findlay warmly greeted us when we arrived, and were extremely friendly and helpful for our every request, including a great recommendation for a nearby dinner location. Breakfast was served hot, was delicious, and Hannah offered way more food than one could eat. This is a wonderful place to stay!

All the usual things you would expect but with lots of extra wee touches in the room that raised it from OK, to great. The staff were super welcoming and very attentive. Dinner, selection of beers on tap, and breakfast were all good.

We had a lovely stay here and Debbie was a great host. We loved the piece of cake in the room on arrival, and she had great recommendations on where to go for dinner. Breakfast the next day was beautiful with fresh fruit and a great cooked meal. Beds were very comfortable and we had a nice restful sleep.
Fantastic breakfast with a great choice of fresh fruit and quality ingredients. Debbie went the extra mile with smoked salmon for the pescatarian.
