Breakfast was excellent. A lovely fresh fruit salad and the cooked breakfast was very good quality. The owners were very pleasant and booked a table at a local pub for dinner for us. The room was spotless with everything needed - tissues, cotton wool balls etc.

We got an upgrade to a bigger room, which we appreciated very much, as Furain was our base for a three night stay in Aberdeenshire. A good night sleep on very good beds and a fantastic breakfast with no wishes left. Every corner in the house was very clean and the atmosphere was charming. Everybody was friendly and we felt very welcomed.

It is very useful to have a bus stop opposite, as long as your guest, me, gets to the stop on time and waits till the bus arrives- even if a little late!! Your Hotel is just right for a short stay; placed in a convenient place for sightseeing east and west. I would bring my family. The breakfast was very good. I shall recommend you to 'The World'. Thank you for your quiet professionalism.

Great location, excellent garden and grounds for dogs. very spacious house and ideal for 2 x families that could share the cost. Comfortable beds, plenty of wash rooms, good internet, heating and very clean. large living room with plenty of board games. all bathrooms have shampoo, shower gel, basic toiletries which is a bonus. Kitchen has most things needed for cooking (didn't do that much) and oven/hob easy to use. Kids loved it and hope to stay again when visiting the area.
