Very clean, very comfortable, warm and friendly hosts who were very accommodating to our needs and schedule. A wonderful pub is within 200 feet for evening drinks and food. In the morning, Robin and Marion provided us with a made to order breakfast. A perfect B&B.

Christel's place provided a really lovely and welcoming stay with all the little touches to make the place seem luxurious and a little fancy, Great value. The bed was very comfy also. I stayed alone but would come back with my partner. Christel was lovely to chat to and I'd highly recommend trying the pear and vanilla jam at breakfast if it's on offer <3

Comfy bed, lovely private bathroom, warm and friendly host and excellent breakfast. Lovely fresh fruit (not tinned!), and I really loved that the baked beans were served in their own separate dish on the side of the full (and perfectly cooked) breakfast. The grounds are lovely and the room was cleaned each day. Great selection of teas and coffee in the room too. Real treat of an experience.
Alison is a great host; warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room was warm and clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night.
There were a number of breakfast options, and the food was of a good quality and well cooked.
The location is excellent, with a private parking area at the rear of the property. I could walk into the town centre in a few minutes and it was ideally suited to visit Potfest.
The accommodation is very good value for the prices, and No 3 will be my first choice on future visits to Penrith.
