When we booked they were still offering breakfast , however a few days before we had an email advising changed hands so no breakfast anymore , we were told we could have room at the same price as we booked before change and a £10 voucher for drinks !
I don’t think that offer was great to be honest , staff seemed bored on our arrival , and not the same welcome we had had on our previous days travels .
We went for a meal and returned for our ‘drinks ‘
Both drinks were so cold we couldn’t finish them , well hubby only had 2 mouthfuls and said he couldn’t drink it !
It was an ok stay , not great . Bed was comfy bathroom small .

Easy access, we were able to have on-site parking. If no on-site was available, the owners offered a parking pass required for free on street parking.
The room was very comfortable, clean, up to date, and tastefully decorated with tea/coffee facilities. We were supplied with lovely, soft, clean white towels, shower gel, conditioner, and soap was also provided.
There was a choice of breakfast, which was fabulous 👌 catering to needs on request.
Staff were great with a good sense of humour and very attentive.
Walking into Harrogate itself only took about 4 minutes.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location,good views and walks from the door yet close to all the Otley amenities, very comfortable and well appointed, friendly and welcoming, not to forget the excellent breakfast!
This is an amazing and charming place ❤️ beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet- ideal for a couple getaway 🙂 We did get to use outdoor jakuzzi and the gentlemen was kind enough to bring us some beers while we were soking. Much appreciated!
