Fantastic apartment. Fantastic value for money. Really good furniture and beds. Really nice facilities all round. I didn't see the allocated car park, but found adequate parking nearby at the rear. Close to shops+ a retail park. Couldn't of asked for more tbh.

The heating was on the whole time which made the room unbearabley hot. The trvs on the rads did not work so we couldn’t turn it off. The shower was a freezing or burning hot drip. Will never stay in room 209 again. We have stayed in other rooms and not had these issues.

great hotel. fabulous facilities. I had a chance to use the newly refurbished spa this time too which I highly recommend. The hot tub is just divine and the steam room is wonderful.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in a Georgian building in a quiet area, with parking available. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Maria. Comfortable bed, lovely shower, good breakfast choice. You couldn’t fault anything at the hotel except the lack of cooling in this heat currently! I would definitely recommend a stay here!

We decided to go to the city centre of Birmingham by tram from West Bromwich, which was a good idea.
Great location . Easy access for us to visit our local friends wedding reception. Hotel happy to arrange us a taxi. All most appreciated. Place was quiet despite being adjacent to the M5!
